YouTube Channel

I just made a YouTube channel to share my video content. I have some En Plein Air painting videos that I'm looking forward to sharing soon. Here is preview of what I'll be posting.

So far I have been learning to paint outdoors. It is a lot different from painting at indoors. When I go outdoors, I have to bring all the equipment I need. This includes my paint, brushes, pallet, easel, canvas, solvent and medium, plenty of paper towels to clean up, a chair, and a camera tripod I mount my phone to.

So far, I have gone out to paint on two occasions. The first time was in the late afternoon above a creek and valley. I had a great view of a open field that stretched to forest going all the way to horizons. Above the mountains was a thunderstorm making it a awesome experience. The second painting was down by the creek. The sun was starting to set by the time I got there and I was racing against the clock to finish. I had to stop early because I lost the light and the canvas needed to dry before I could continue.
